Stand Up to adversity!

Take a look at todays world!

Pandemics paralyzing economies! Wars everywhere! People killing people! Droughts, floods, famine, eruptions and storms making news headlines! Over 22,000 people dying each day due to the effects of poverty! Diseases being invented! Lawlessness raising! Marriages breaking up, Families loosing purpose! Governments killing their own people! This unpleasant list is endless …

Everyone soon or later is affected by one of these adversities.

In Genesis 3:18, GOD cursed the ground to produce thorns and thistles, from that time on, adversity is part of life as long as we are clothed in the physical body.

When adversity shows up, it breaks down most of us for a while! Others are knocked to to the ground! The weak ones are completely destroyed.

Knowing that soon or later adversity is innevitable, we have to take heart and trust in GOD. We must not loose our visions because the night is dark yet tommorow morning will truly bring light.

Taking heart means accepting adversity and doing something to solve it. Think of a solution instead of worrying! Think! Yes, there is a reason to weep, but there is a solution to every adversity.

We got to stand firm and tall though knocked down several times. We have to lean on the LORD and fully trust in HIS WORD. HE DELIVERS! HE BRINGS SALVATION. HE SAVES. HE LOVES. HE PROTECTS. HE IS OUR HEALER. HE GIVES WEALTH. AND IF IT GETS TO THE POINT OF US DYING, GOD SURELY GIVES US ETERNAL LIFE.

If we do this, sorrow can turn into joy, tears can turn into laughs, darkness becomes light, poverty leads to wealth, hopelessness grows into hope and persecution can turn us into heroes to be remembered on earth and crowned in Heaven!

We got to stand and stand tall. Its hard to loose while on our feet.

We thank the LORD for these scriptures!

  • Joshua 1:9 Be strong and courageous; do not be frightened or dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
